Just press the button to open the clamp, insert your phone, and release. The anti-slip pads inside provide a secure grip. Once in place, you can pull it out of its CNC-milled aluminum body, using the body of the PhoneCLIP Max as the stand, and adjust the dual hinges to find the perfect angle. Even at extreme angles, the self-balancing mechanism inside keeps the phone upright. You can even hang the holder over a monitor to use your phone as a webcam. Video CallsWith third-party apps, you can transform your phone's cameras into a webcam that teleconferencing software can use for remote video calls. If you use such an app, the PhoneCLIP Max can be extended and draped over your monitor, placing your phone at the perfect angle. With your camera in front of you, you don't have to look away to view other participants or the meeting chat. Tripod MountingThe bottom of the stand features a combo 1/4"-20 and 3/8" female connector to accommodate mounting to a an optional tripod or selfie stick.
