This Returns & Exchanges Policy outlines the conditions under which products purchased from Mido Camera may be returned or exchanged.
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
The product is defective or damaged upon delivery, The product received is incorrect (different from the order), The product is unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging
Return requests must be made within 48 hours from the date of delivery, depending on the product type.
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Used or damaged products (not caused by delivery), Products without original packaging or accessories, Products damaged due to misuse, Any item marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
To initiate a return or exchange:
Contact our support team with your order details, Provide proof (photos or description) if the item is damaged or incorrect, Wait for confirmation and instructions from our team
Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
If your request is approved, you may exchange the product for:
The same item (replacement), A different product of equal value (if available)
If there is a price difference, additional charges or refunds may apply.
Refunds are issued only when:
A replacement is not available, The return is approved and completed
Refunds may be processed via:
Original payment method (if applicable), Store credit or alternative method agreed upon
Processing time may take several business days after approval.
If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect product), we cover the shipping costs
If the return is for other reasons, the customer may be responsible for shipping fees
