Attach the QR plate to SmallRig cage or camera tripod socket, drop it into the clamp and tighten the knob screw. There are multiple 1/4" -20, 3/8" -16 threaded holes and thorough holes on the bottom of the base plate so it can be attached to the tripods or other platforms.
